Fixed on Beta: Hardware acceleration errors: overlapped objects, zoom-out doesn´t work

Overview of the bug: After activating Hardware acceleration and reloading the game, most of the buildings of the city are overlapped or not correctly displayed.
The zoom function doesn't work also, the city is always displayed in zoomed-in view and its impossible to change this
setup or zoom

Same here. Cannot zoom out the city display and there is building overlaping, specially if you hover the mouse above a buidling.

I did notice that the drag to collect does NOT work, and the floating icons over buildings get cut in the building limit.
