Not A Bug: Happiness calculation incorrect after levelling age

Today I have not yet collected my city
The day before yesterday I took my city to the next level (Modern to Postmodern Era) and renovated most of the buildings. Despite this, I noticed that my formerly enthusiastic city is only happy and then, after the first collection, enthusiastic again. Yesterday I put down the new event building, which gives the city 4,640 happiness, yet today it says that it is missing 2,033 happiness to be enthusiastic.

but how much population ?
because those need happiness

and maybe a building isn't polished anymore but was yesterday

OK, thanks. But then, there is a big imbalance in the game, if an age levelling can cause such a situation in an overly enthusiastic city. Update: I applied a mass self help and you are right, I have now 18.767 additional happiness.
