1) Open Winter Event window

Issue Description (10/10):
Halmbock background color should be golden, but it is not

1.115.83e23ac5da (10.11.2017 8:31), Jenna rotonda (127893), zz1, en_US, WIN 27,0,0,170, Windows 8.1, Opera 48.0.2685.52, 2048x1186, OpenGL (Baseline Extended) (336 MB VRAM)
