Not A Bug: Halloween event not finished

I have finished all quests of Halloween event, but i can't install my dark doorway in my city.
I am on tablet 1.136.3

If you are playing on the app it is because not all of the event assets have been released on the current version of our app. Once we release the next version of our app you will be able to build it. This is not a bug, just the way we release assets for testing on Beta between the browser and app.
