Fixed on Beta: Hall of Fame lacks info popup

On Windows 10, Chrome browser, Flash version of game.

When hovering over a Hall of Fame, it does not display the regular tooltip information that can be seen from hovering over any other building. This is only a problem when visiting guildmates/friends/etc. If I hover over my own HoF, the information is correctly displayed. Also, this is a problem on beta and on live servers.

I cannot confirm that for live - looks OK to me... at least on 1.157 - is your server already on 1.158?

Same for me as for beelzebob666 - works fine on FLASH v1.157.0fb3db9e475 (24.07.2019 8:54) (german server), but I can reproduce the OP's problem:

Here on Beta, there is no popup at all for (other people's) HoFs with both the Flash & HTML5 client.​
