Guild Battlegrounds - new format

Why is it that in the new format some guilds have building slots in their second tiers and others don't? Makes it very unfair!

It is totally unfair but the "designers" do not play the game. Actually it is insulting to the players, their guilds, and the gaming world... We have asked that this change BUT as usual no reverse feedback...

Need to work on the "random" distribution of bldging slots in the outer rings around the HQ's.. this is where it REALLY helps players get moving, and ENJOY the experience, rather than being pounded back to your HQ constantly, and burning all your attrition up without any real progress.. The fist slot off HQ should always have 2 slots in it.. (my .02)
