Discussion Great Buildings Update: Community Data Collection

With the Great Buildings update now lvie on the beta server, a large amount of new data will need to be collected again (levels, costs, rewards, ...).

In the past, much of this information was gathered manually by the community and eventually made its way into places like the Fandom Wiki and eventually the FoE-Helper. Since many players will be testing the new update, this might be a good moment to coordinate where this data should best be collected.

My questions to the community (and especially the FoE-Helper developers):

  • Is there already an automated process within FoE-Helper that collects the new Great Building data from the beta server?
  • If not, where would it currently be most useful for players to submit the data they encounter?
    • FoE-Helper database?
    • Fandom wiki?
    • Somewhere else (shared spreadsheet)?

If many players are testing at the same time, we could potentially rebuild a large part of the dataset quite quickly. It would just help if we avoid scattering the information across multiple places.

Also worth mentioning: some content creators, such as UBERnerd14 or Linnun , have historically collected and shared a lot of game data. If anyone from that side of the community is already gathering information about the updated Great Buildings, it might be useful to coordinate efforts as well.

And of course, if anyone from @InnoGames happens to read this and would be willing to share the new Great Building data with the community, that would save everyone a lot of manual work.

Thanks in advance to everyone willing to help with the data collection.
