Well hopefully we're not left with a horrible GB situation that never gets reverted like the AD. It's literally mind boggling why they left the AD and never reverted it back. I don't think this will be reverted, now that it's implemented on beta. How would they reverse the GB downgrades, the BP conversions, and the resources both spent and lost? ... holding the data for all the old values would have made the project far more complicated, and Inno clearly can't be trusted with a complicated project..they didn't have the foresight to see how this GB update is ... literally the worst thing they could have done in every possible way ... so of course they don't have the foresight to see that they should have backed up the values for all their level downgrades and the resource values for all the goods being spent effective when this came out.Well hopefully we're not left with a horrible GB situation that never gets reverted like the AD. It probably won't be "classically" reversed, because so much time has elapsed and 6 weeks of other things has transpired in beta - including new event buildings from Vikings, and purchases.I agree it is going the stress alot of people if they where to reverse it. But i also doubt they are going to. What we can all agree on is this form of "upgrade" is not what anyone is willing to accept.
Lets just hope we can test it for longer and improve the System, so its just a blueprint but not final what we currently got.
Yes, it's migrated from the initial pain of learning and seeing this new design because we KNEW what was coming from the change.., but they hadn't technically dug in yet.It is really appalling how this horrible GB system is being left in beta while it is being postponed for a second time. We all, to some degree, mentally kicked the can down the road a bit because we were in process of lifting enough GBs still reachable - and then as time passed, and we saw the carnage of the constriction Prestige delivers, it sunk in both conceptually, and for the way forward for everyone. Not a good thing at all.
We did not have the full impact immediately, but we're now where we "kicked the can the first time", and no place else to kick it again.
So while we KNEW what was coming from the design "shock to the system - (hint: kinda like gas prices these days, and that wasn't instantaneous pain, either..., but people are really starting to feel it now with gas near $5.00/gallon US up from $2.80 US before the Middle East issues...), we can C L E A R L Y see irrefutable evidence of a slowdown in all 1.9 and 1.9x lifting activity.
1.9 drying up , my GB's for most of em are now over lvl 100 , costs now are to high for me to use speed lvling thread ,interest for game is now down to almost non-existing in my case thx to their stupid beta up-date and fact for once i wanted to be prepared on live for their up-date so i lvled my GB's to lvl 100@prblow - I'm seeing that exact thing. In my ARC 2.0 topic, in our 1.95 topics, and multiple 1.9's.....
DRYING up interest. What we did each day, or in a couple of days.... now takes weeks. Yet we get collections EACH day...
As I said in an earlier post. The game nets down now to: Come in, get your collection, see if anyone of the 5 or 6, 1.9x topics you are a member of can accommodate your collection investables of 5000 FP ...
No? Dump in on your OWN ARC, or OBS or anything BIG in your own city - and go enjoy the day outside with people and fresh air.

I did the same but before this update. So what you see is real but not linked to this "feature".When Great Building Prestige Update was into effect I posted on the forum why I disapproved it. My main point was that the update kills the need of interaction with guildmates. 2 months passed and I think what I said is proven. I have been playing the game in my own guild without any guildmate since the update. My silver tier Arc (level 140) gives enormous amount of goods allowing me to build camps in GB without hesitation. When I was in a guild I could do 100-120 fights a day. But in my own guild and in golden league I can easily reach 200-250 fights a day and I quit fighting before I reach my high attrition level because it becomes boring. My aim in Quantum Incursion is to earn as much as possible lunar coins. I am making more progress points alone since I can switch between fights and donations. No guildmate means all donations paths are free to complete. The result I make more progress and more lunar coins. I am collecting around 6-7 thousands forge points a day with the help of my Blue Galaxy. This amount is enough for my current activities in the game. I have only one friend to take P1 on my Great Buildings at 1,90. Honestly I don't care other positions are taken or not. Yet they were generally taken by friends or neighbors until now.
Surprisingly I like the new feature since it gives me more freedom in Battleground and QI.
