Contact Support: Goods not accumulating

For weeks I have not been accumulating goods that I've been building. I even constructed additional buildings and all I doing is spending on not developing goods. This is not just on one building, but all goods buildings. I cannot get what I need for GBs without trading for goods I should be accumulating.
