Fixed on Beta: Goods from Observatory were counted twice in Event tasks for donation

bug was seen on two different PC, in tow different days
Goods from Observatory were counted twice in Event tasks for donation

Recreation steps
1. When Event task for donation is active I click on Observa to donate her goods to treasury
2. The count of task summs them to requied ammount

both tasks for donation
Can this be reproduced?
