Fixed on Beta: Golden Crops Suppy Boost

My level 6 Golden Crops is supposed to give me a 29% supply collection bonus, but isn't. It's been several days now and I'ver refreshed many times but it still won't kick in, even though it shows it to be a permanent boost.
Anyone else experiencing this?

FYI
I used a store building and put the Golden Crops back into my inventory.
Then I put it back into my city.
As soon as I did the 29% supply collection bonus activted and now it works.
