Global chat Improvement

In past
when i logout,
even i immediately login again
global chat is cleared and then start to accumlate
now, global chat is a continuation, it oomposed some chat while u are offline

My personal feeling
It is a good improvement

any 1 has that feeling ?

Sure, chat being cleared when you had to refresh wasn't nice. But how about if we didn't have to refresh in the first place?
