Fixed on Beta: Generation of coins to complete final Japanese settlement quest

The final quest of the Japanese settlement requires 2000 Koban coins plus 10 of each cultural good.

If I start an 8 hour goods production (which requires 2000 coins) and then cancel the production, the returned coins are not credited to the quest completion.

If I start an 8 hour goods production and then sell/delete the goods building (without first cancelling the production), the 2000 coins are returned (as expected) and the returned coins are credited toward the quest completion.
