Fixed on Beta: GBG HUD: Victory points only clickable above the digits

For opening the GBG leaderboard, one needs to be the victory points in the top left corner of the screen. Most of the "box", which contains the victory point count, is not clickable - only the uppermost millimeter (above the digits) can be clicked to open the Leaderboard.

Green rectangle: clickable. Red rectangle: NOT clickable.

I can confirm this, and it also applies to the attrition pop-up.
