Is the ME GB (Space Needle) in game and she BP can be found on motivate/polish or plunder?

Am I the unluckiest gamer of the server? Or why I not find the new GB BP, even if I motivate and polish buildings of ME every day .......:(:(:(

I actually have not gotten one from polivating yet. I won mine from the Winter Event, so maybe it could be a bug? After you have done polivated ME buildings for over 300 times, then you can maybe submit a bug report (that's around my longest streak without finding a BP ;))
