Fixed on Beta: GB Attachment Window Progress Bar [51011]

The Progress Bar in the Window for attaching GBs into mails has changed.



Now the Progressbar shows even for 0/... GBs a green Block

There seem to be a progress bar issue. Not only related to GB´s.
Today I observed this from the DC quest window:

The light green progress indication is far to advanced for a quest which is only 1/24 complete.
