More implementation that adds nothing. Easier to leave it the way it is and just inflate the boosts. After all, the blue and red armies are already good for that, in general. Wanting to branch out will only make it more confusing and certainly for future projects that want to put exorbitant amounts on the GEX6,7,8...

looking at the new boost sections in the town hall I am thinking that is for buildings you will build on the battlefield (like siege camps etc. but for extra attack and defense)

Thats just a similar version of the Tower of Champions for the current round:

Those images got changed since then, hence why they don't load anymore. You can however have a peek at the stats, as they are already available in files. Some surroundings, like the number of 
required/rewarded, or which guilds are eligible to receive them, needs to be confirmed when announced.
