frosty fun ?

having done the 25 winter quests, and gaining 3 portraits, where are they, and how do I change my pic to frosty ?
I now have a "quest" called "Frosty's Fun" saying i require a congratulations scroll. Is this actually a quest, and if it is, how do i get the "scroll"

profil-pics can be changed as usual ;) e.g. just klick on ur towns name , left on the top.

frosty fun is not a quest, it was the same with halloweenquest. this will dissapear on 6th january.
