This is likely just a graphical issue, as with motivation and polishing not being displayed (but still being in effect) until you do a refresh. Sadly, no Frontenac so I can't test that.

Yep, just a display issue. One day we might upgrade the whole game to push that information to the client. But there are many more urgent things to be done.
