Rejected Friends Tavern - Chat Window

There was a discussion in my guild about the friends tavern and how it could be expanded. The overall thought was that it many of the people in the guild are very social and like to chat. and the Tavern screen was a bit boring. They were wondering if there could be a chat feature in the tavern that a visitor would see when they stop by. Similar to the City Description window, but not a 3 seconds window, but maybe next to the table or a Tab like the Shop is.

The kids would like to be able to say HI to the visitors and be able to do things like advertise GB's that they are trying to level and may have open spots for BP's, or just to chat and discuss things. They actually came up with a lot of things to talk about, but it all falls under that umbrella.

Anyone have any other ideas?

We have enough debat places. Global/quild/neghbour chat, quild forum, messages.
There are no reason to create another one by my opinion.
