Is this correct? Are the rewards for completing 15 and 40 missions almost like those of any mission?
It would be more logical that they were 1500 and 2000 Footballs

As I layed out in the feedback thread this might indeed be intended:
You need two less grand prizes for the maxed out vineyard than last years treasury. Two grand prizes are about 1600 footballs - so removing about this amount from the rewards (1050 from the milestones + a couple from quests) would be fair - it just looks silly.
