yes, nothing seems to help not even changing device
When hovering on Water chanel or Alley in build menu or Water Canel in Develop/Embassy the chain values have a % symbol near the value.
But that is incorrect, those are absolute diplomacy value not percentages.

Once an Alley or a Water Canel is actualy build and connected in a chain the correct value (without a %) are both shown and calculated.

Recreation steps
1. Open a Mughal settlement
2. Open the buil menu and in the diplomacy tab hover on Alley or (if already researched) Water Canel

OR

1. Open a Mughal settlement
2. Open Develop menu
3. Hover over the Water Canel advancement (the first in the list)
Actual Behavior
The chain value have a % symbol near the values (does not appear in app!)
Expected Behavior
NO % symbol shoul be present there

on mobile was bug when it shows % in ewery GB revard now % went to mughal diplomacy buildings
