Fixed on Beta: FOE-87825 - Unable to access Global tabs after having been in GE, GBG or QI

Troubleshooting
Actions. Reloading the game solves the problem until the next time you enter QI, GE or GBG at which point, the issue reoccurs. It's only on beta, Global tabs on live servers still work as they should. Tested on 3 different computers, all using chrome. Same problem on all. And other guild members say they have the same problem.

Recreation steps
Issue: After you have been in any other screen (GE, GBG or QI), upon return to the main city, none of the global tabs (ranking, guild, or forum) will work.
Actual Behavior
Nothing happens when you click the global tab (Ranking, Guild or Forum)
Expected Behavior
Clicking the global tab should open the corresponding page
Frequency
Frequency: Every time you have been on another screen It has been happening for a few days now. Others in the guild have reported the same issue.

Yes, any time you enter GE, GBG or QI
