Troubleshooting
Cleared cache, tried a different browser, refreshed browser.
When clicking on an official message, I receive a "Sorry, an internal error occurred. Please try again later." message and the game restarts.

As a note: Firefox just updated today to the newest version.

Reload game and try reading the message again

Same, I've just entered Platinum League in PVP Arena, got a message, and when I try to view it:

I can see the "Battle for the Glimmdrake Tower" message, so It's not all Official messages:
