Anyone else crashing when claiming Alexanders' big head?

yes, have tried 4 times and everytime my game restarts

Claim all with Alexander available to claim

and with only collecting him ?

I had no problem with not using "claim all"

Correct I now have 200 parts LOL of a man as I just clicked the button to collect him only

I cant collect prizes either. I rebooted the computer, etc.

I got this error like 4 times too, when I tried to collect Alexander prize by using the collect all button. Then I tried collecting Alexander prize directly by clicking the portrait button, and the 5th time it worked.

If you collect the Alexander prizes individually and then do the collect all, it works.
