As you may be aware, since the launch of the Progressive Era we have received reports from some players who say that FoE gets slower and slower with successive battles fought on PE battlefields.
We still receive sporadic reports about this.
Our QA department has invested a lot of time in this issue so far, however up until now nothing has been reproduced. So, we would like you to ask your communities to help us with some additional information.
Affected players should create a post in the thread linked below in the following format:
• System information (from the settings tab, copy to clipboard and paste it)
• Graphic card model (Found under Start > Control panel > Devices and Printers > Device manager > Display adapters)
• System RAM (Found under Start > Control panel > System > View amount of RAM and processor speed)
• Firewall
• Anti-virus software
