Wiki lists 16 public holidays https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Public_holidays_in_Germany, weird they're not on this list though https://www.worldatlas.com/articles/countries-with-the-most-public-holidays.html, US has 10 +sorta 1 https://www.redcort.com/us-federal-bank-holidays/
