Fixed on Beta: feature HA Bug

I test the new feature Hardware Accelaration and I found some major bugs.

Browser and Version: Chrome/31.0.1650.63

How often this occurs: all the time
Urgency: medium
Preventative Actions: none
Summary: the bugs are:
1. no zoom out posibility
2. textures is loading very slow
3. some pictures missing(see SS above)
4. the buildings textures are too fragmented

P.S. My video card is ASUS EAH5450 SILENT series. Specifications in url link, drivers is update to last.
