New Idea Fast multi-clicking to fast-build multiples of the same building

Reason
Saves many tedious repeated clicks in cities/settlements/colonies that require many of the same buildings
Details
Clicking on your map to place a building would not deselect the selected building afterwards, it will keep it 'selected' to allow you to immediately build another one afterwards.
Balance
No balance issues, because it does not change any economics, etc. It is a quality improvement
Abuse Prevention
There is none. You can press escape (or re-click the building in building list) to turn it off. If the building has limits (e.g. only 2 allowed) it should deselect automatically. It should also deselect automatically if you cannot place a next building (e.g. not enough resources). Obviously it should also auto-deselect when building GB's.
Summary
It does not make sense that only the reconstruction mode has this feature, as it is just as useful when available everywhere else as well.
Have you looked to see if this has already been suggested?
I have checked the DNSL and could not find any version of this idea anywhere else.
Hi all,

I always asked myself why FoE does not have a feature to repeatedly build the same building, other than to reclick it from either inventory or building list. So I am making this simple suggestion. Considering we can already upgrade multiple buildings (or one building multiple times) using any number of selection or upgrade kits, why does this not apply to the buildings itself as well? In the reconstruction mode we do appear to have this already so why not apply it everywhere else too?

It would make the initial game much quicker (no clicking many times on the building list to build your initial village and production), it would make the QI city much quicker to build. Not to mention the settlements and (late-game) colonies.... It just makes simple sense to have this. And since we have it at one place, it makes it easy to apply it on the rest as well.
