Name: Christ the Redeemer
Not sure if this is a copywright issue, the State of Zeus, Collosseum, Notre Dame and many others have their names as the real buildings they are modeled from.

Age: All Ages

Construction Costs: 100 Marble, 100 Cloth, 100 Alabaster, 100 Bricks, 100 Silk, plus 100 FPs to finish Level 0.
Higher costs to build (500 Goods total but of different eras) than other all eras GBs.

Size: 5x3 or 6X3
A bit bigger than other No Age GBs (Observatory and Oracle of Delphi) but not as big as the Temple of Relics (6x6). For scaling details the Statue of Zeus is 12.4 m high, the Christ the Redeemer statue is 30 m high (so 2.5 times taller than Statue of Zeus), and if including the pedestal is 38 m high (more (near than 3 times taller than Stature of Zeus). So size should be like 2.5 or 3 times the size of Zeus(6 tiles), so edited size to 15 tiles or 18 tiles, and wider to allow room for the extended arms of the statue.

Connection: Road connection required.

Production Bonus: Goods
Goods (fish, bread, other gifts) were obtained from Christ, however, the better ones were not physical..

Passive Bonus: Happiness, Defense Boost
To redeem is to free a captive or slave from the one who has control over him/her, I think Defense Boost and Happiness are the closest resources to relate to that.
Not the first GB to have more than one Passive Bonus, check Deal Castle and St Basils Cathedral, or the Terracota Army which has one passive bonus that is defined as two (2) previously known bonuses (% Attack & % Defense).

Description: Modeled after the Christ the Redeemer statue located at the top of the Corcovado Mountain, at Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Would be the first GB (and maybe 1st building of any type) from South America I maybe incorrect (not an expert Archeologist) bu most of GE buildings looks Mayan or Aztecs not from Inca Empire from South America. Mayans and Aztecs where located in Mexico (North America), and through many countries of what is now Central America).

(Edited Size, expanded Description and comments. Moved comments nearer to the topics they are related).

Measurements: 3,5 Meters Long - 1.106 Kg - The Solar Panels add about 4 Meters - Area of 2.5 Square Meters

Name: The Cube

Age: Venus
Construction Costs: 1k of each good from each age
Size: 5x5
Connection: Road connection required.
Production Bonus: explanation below
Passive Bonus: population

Look: Black cube made from artificial components was found in the amazon. It is believed that once it was a spacecraft of some sort, stranded here by a race that populated earth before our time. The entire cube seems, when erected in the city, to come to live. Inside this cube are unknown at this point chambers, filled with knowledge and technology left by its former owners.

Production bonus: this bonus would give us a new technology tree, each new technology would have to be unlocked by giving resources to your team of scientist to help them discover what wonders lay uncovered in this structure.

Going through the cube, each space would provide valuable information that could be used in our advantage. Here are some of them:

  • Astro fuel - this substance left in the engineering room of the cube, gives a boost to every production building in the city, making it more efficient, production in such building goes up by 0.5% with each GB level
  • Force field - this technology provides units on the battlefield with a defense mechanism when a unit is seriously wounded ( 1 green square left only ) the higher the level of the GB the more chance the unit gets to use this.
  • Artificial Consolidator - this machine can produce artificial upgrades of any sort to our buildings, due to extreme nature of this machine it takes a long period of time to produce an upgrade, furthermore the technology is so complicated that we do not know what will come out until it’s done.
  • Advanced infiltration - depending on the level of the GB, it gives you ability to plunder more buildings after you win a fight.
  • Integrator - thanks to this technology, you are able to integrate 2 buildings into one. The original building then receives a part of the integrated building capabilities. The higher the GB level the more the original building incorporates from the building it integrates. Only the same buildings can be integrates together. How many times you can integrate another building into the original one depends also on the GB level
  • Levitation engines - this technology gives capability to build entire structures above your cities. Depending on the GB level the engines are stronger and more efficient so you can build more.

and now the TWIST: only one of the above technologies can be used as a production bonus at once. You can change your bonus once every 30 days BUT at a cost of special goods.

and now a second TWIST: going from levitation engines to another technology, you would have to first disassemble whatever you build up there.

Name: Alchemy Lab
Age: Either HMA or LMA
Construction Costs: 250 ea. of the goods of the AL's era
Size: 4x3
Connection: Road required
Passive Bonus: % Boost to Happiness (does not apply to GB)
Production Bonus: Transmutation
Design: Looks similar to a scaled up version of the HMA Alchemist

Boost Description: Transmutation is the process of changing one thing into another. That is what this GB will do. It will have a window inside the GB, and you can input various resources (coins, supplies, goods, and medals). After each process, the Alchemy Lab will require different resources for a production. This interface will look similar to the Antiques Dealer window, and you can unlock more slots over time. When you select for the transmutation to start, process will begin! At the end of the transmutation period, you will see that your resources have been transformed. Resources can be transformed into Common, Uncommon, Rare, Very Rare, Legendary, or Mythic Rewards. See the chart in the spoiler for a breakdown of the rewards.
Reward RankPossible Rewards
CommonCoins, Supplies, Medals, Coin/Supply Boosts
UncommonGoods (10 ea), Medals, Attack/Defense Boosts
Rare Goods (20 ea), Forge Points (10), Units
Very RareGoods (30 ea), Forge Points (50), Units, Special Units (Champions and Rogues)
LegendaryGoods (50 ea), Forge Points (100), One Up Kits, Store Buildings
MythicForge Points (200), Renovation Kits, Diamonds

Leveling the Alchemy Lab: As the Alchemy Lab is leveled, the % Boost to happiness increases slowly, the time required for the Transmutation process decreases, and the odds of getting better rewards increases. Also, at certain levels you can unlock more slots for Transmutations to complete (Up to 5).

Force field - this technology provides units on the battlefield with a defense mechanism when a unit is seriously wounded ( 1 green square left only ) the higher the level of the GB the more chance the unit gets to use this.
Artificial Consolidator - this machine can produce artificial upgrades of any sort to our buildings, due to extreme nature of this machine it takes a long period of time to produce an upgrade, furthermore the technology is so complicated that we do not know what will come out until it’s done.
  • A unit seriously wounded ( 1 green square left only ) would typically die on the next hit by an enemy of similar stats, with the "Force Field" the unit would survive this next hit and maybe a second one?
  • Long period of time? How long to wait for an upgrade to be collected from the GB? People expect to collect the bonus from a GB at the daily collection time (even less than 24 hours for the Alcatraz due to benefitas from guild level)..

Time would be up to devs I guess, 72h minimum? so that you cannot get a complete set of upgrades for entire building too quick ;]

Expanded explanation and justification for bonuses:
The unlock-able tavern bonuses: Olympic Games are very expansive to hoste, yet they can be very
beneficial for the host city. This is translated in the costs of Tavern Silver coins, for hosting the games.
Hosting such games does bring some temporary benefits to your city. Aslong those are active. An
added bonus is that the tavern will be polished. It also motivates owners to become more active
in using the tavern.
Also with hosting the Olympic Games you earn a lot of prestige. This is translated pretty literally
towards the active bonus. It does benefits your guild. This also represents the benefit of the
friendly international competition for the international community.

Use in game
This GB would aid the guild a bit with prestiges. It will aid it's owner with some events. As it's an event
GB it's fitting perfectly. In the mean time it can serve as an extra temporary boost for your army. Either
helping out in both defence and offence. It can help out less developed cities to develop slightly faster
with faster production rates and an temporary increased chance for accidents.

Edit notes:
Changed Event: to Availability
Adjusted suggested footprint
Improved description
Improved suggested boosts above lvl 10
Corrected an description mistake

Age: All ages

Event: Any Event or best as New GB

Construction costs: 500 of each age goods

Size: 4x5

Design: Space touch building if proposed on Saab or normal building.

Active boost: Coins and Precious Stones for Antiques Dealer !!

Passive boost: Lot of Happiness !!

Mega Extra:
Add to Antiques dealer the Option to exchange a good with another egual good from own depot, exemple I need a updrade-kit offer another upgrade-kit !!
I assume that would make the Antiques Dealer more attractive and it solves the problem of 1. the shortage of coins and precious stones and also the problem of 2. overpopulation with the addition of a lot of happiness.
3. Furthermore, in my opinion the proportions should be contained, in relation to the construction space which is often reduced.

I love this idea though I think it would be more appropriate to remove the summer event bit.

We need A GB to counter these massive attacks, atm it is very hard to actually stop anything and a lot of players are just removing all their defence buildings and putting two spears in.

So,

Name: The Wall.
Age: All ages.
Event: Released on S.A.A.B era
Construction costs: 1000 of each S.A.A.B. goods.
Size: 4x4
Design: A roman type wall with four corner turrets
Description:
The city defences need a lot of help atm, this would be a great help.

Active boost: City atk/def.

Passive boost: Guild goods.

Boost description: 10% city atk/def for the first 10 levels then 2% per level after that.
Passive 10 guild goods per level.

I live the dream ;)

Age: All ages.
And it uses SAAB goods , all other all age buildings use low age goods .
Construction costs: 1000 of each S.A.A.B. goods.
I do not think that price is appropriate for a all age GB.
Size: 4x4
A wall is normally a rectangle not a square.
Design: A roman type wall with four corner turrets
Roman and everything apart from your actual age category suggests that is an SAAB GB .
Event: Released on S.A.A.B era
Then it is not a all age GB .
Description:
The city defences need a lot of help atm, this would be a great help.
I do need help with my city defense.

Name: Potential Energy

Age: Mercury Space Age

Construction Cost: 800 goods from each Mercury Era

Size: 9x7

Description: As the orbit of mercury is very fast, it would need a probe that could withstand the speed of translation of the planet to land or enter a stable orbit with the planet at the same time that it is also pulled by the gravitation of the sun and its solar radiation. With the Sonda Messenger or Mariner 10 arriving on the planet Mercury, GB will be built.

Boost Active: Super Advanced Tactics giving (%) to attacking and defensive units in the city while producing a unit from the current era by level

Boost Passive: Solar Wind (new) - to be able to transform the goods of the city into other goods of the city and the purpose of this is to spend the goods that are accumulative. example: coins in supplies, supplies in medals, medals in diamonds and diamonds in special goods and all this already pre-fixed in its transformation and the more you advance in level, the better the transformation of the city's assets will be
example: coins: level 10 1 million coins will give 100k of supplies level 80 1 million coins would give 500k of supplies
Supplies: level 10: 1 million supplies would give 1000 medals level 80: 1 million supplies would give 4000 medals
medals: 100000 medals would give 100 diamonds at level 10 and at level 80 100000 medals would give 200 diamonds diamonds: diamonds level 10: 1000 diamonds would give 100 special goods and at level 80 1000 diamonds would give 200 special goods.
All values would have a minimum to be exchanged and there would be an exchange limit per level where there could be 10 exchanges at level 10 and from levem 11 to 50 onwards it would be every two levels an exchange added up to a total of 50 thirty exchanges available. From 51 to 80 every five levels an exchange is added. The rule for this building would be not to directly transform coins into medals, you would have to follow the exchange order wich is Coins, Supplies, Medals, Diamonds and Special Goods

Name: Statue of Liberty (SoL)
Age: Industrial Age
Event: Frédéric Auguste Bartholdi historical event questline
Construction costs: 100 Fertilizer, 420 Whale Oil, 420 Textiles, 360 Coke, 200 Rubber (same as Royal Albert Hall)
Size: 5x5
Design:
download (2).jpg
Something like this

Description:
The Statue of Liberty is a copper statue, a gift from the people of France to the people of the United States, was designed by French sculptor Frediric Auguste Batholdi and its metal framework was built by Gustave Eiffel. The statue was dedicated on October 28, 1886.

Passive boost: Coins

Active boost: Freedom!

Boost description: At Level 1, 7 chances of a 10% chance to revive an unattached unit when it dies after a battle. I am bad with Photoshop, but how I imagine it is the regular end of battle screen, seen here:
Capture.PNG
However, where it says 45 diamonds, there would be a green button that says, "Revive".

Balance: There are only seven charges per collection from SoL, therefore only the chance goes up, and after the chance reaches 50% chance of revival, leveling the building only provides more coins.

I am open to feedback.
