Cannot Reproduce: Fail to accept Terms and Conditions

When entering by https://zz.forgeofempires.com/ you are ask to accept the Terms and Conditions an the Privacy Policy by marking with a cross befor clicking "Play now"
But you can proceed without marking with that cross. Sometimes there is a error message, but if you klick once more, you can proceed.
