Fixed on Beta: Error in Summer Event Quest #39 [49134]

Reproduction Steps:
1. Open the Summer Event quest window when quest number 39 is active.
2. Read the text and look at the progress bar.
3. The number of 1-hour productions required is different in the text description (30) and the progress bar (36).

Issue Description (10/10):

Please include the following information:
- What you were expecting to happen: I expected the progress bar and the text to agree
- What actually happened: The progress bar and accompanying text do not agree with regard to the number of 1-hour productions required.

Saw the same problem. Not a problem to finish the additional but should be corrected before going mainstream.
