Not A Bug: Error bonus winter event buildings

Sorry for my english

When dispose all buildings same of image winter event, Sugar Baker's Boot and Toymaker's Boot not have the 4 Bonuses. What is the correct disposition of building for have all bonuses?

It was already mentioned in the announcement for the Winter Event that there is no "right combination" of the buildings. It's up to you to build them as you want, to obtain the bonuses that you want to have. :)
