There must be a "Timer" when 2nd Daily Quest Starts, but this is complete empty.

After the "Timer" goes to Zero and the next Daily starts, i Press F5 and both Quest are now available/visible.

We are aware of this issue and we are investigating it. Hope it will soon be fixed.
