This would help me to know the content of the messages, especially the direct ones, even if I’m not actively playing at the moment.

Hi, I only play FOE on PC, but if someone writes to me in the game, I would like to see the full message in my email.

why not SMS, or instant message on facebook or any other media? besides, if its email it prob ends up in my spambox quite quickly since i get messages (in one world or another) at least every 5 minutes orso

I don't want FOE taking over my life. I don't want it contacting me outside the game.

I mean I play a lot as it is, but I would just end up putting emails like that in spam, or need a way to turn them off.

I only play FOE on PC. If I started getting mail from FoE pertaining to in game messages, I would put a permanent block on it so it did not even have the chance to get to my spam folder.
