Contact Support: Eggs not showing

I have done almost all troubleshooting to this point.
It shows when I log in to the beta account that 2 eggs were placed in my city appx. 1 hour ago.
They do not show on any decoration and I have also not been attacked, though I am not aware an egg can be plundered as I have tried to do so.
