Reproduction Steps:
On a city that has NOT been entered since the current GE started, enter the city.
Issue Description (10/10):
A notification pops up to say that GE has started. Immediately after clearing that notification, another notification pops up to say that GE has started. I think there was a difference between the two notifications but can't be entirely sure.
Checking it again is obviously impossible for me.
