Mary Stuart has wrapped up on Beta a while ago. Please contact the correct game support version for assistance with it.
If the quest is to gather coin/supplies then you simply need to collect some in your city from productions. You can also gather them by opening chests in Guild Expeditions, solving other quests, or even selling buildings which given you coin/supplies in return.
