This is possibly linked to the current problem with the GB level up display, but maybe not,
A couple of minutes ago i had 1 fp on my bar and 20 mins until the next arrived, i collected 35 supplies from an incident and the fp temporarily disappeared but the timer reset. I then collected my tavern and exactly the same thing happened again.
A possible work around might be to leave at least 2fp at all times but i wont know until i manage to produce the 2nd fp
