Fixed on Beta: Diplomatic counter not updating in cultural settlements (Egyt)

Restart browser, clear cache, tried on edge, but it still chrome now
I noticed recently that the diplomatic couter in cultural settlement is not updating when I build or sell a diplomatic building.
This happens in the Egypt settlement, I don't know for the other.
It is not just a graphical bug as I cannot unlock new building or complete quest even if I reach the count.
This is a minor bug as leaving and coming back in the setllement update the counter and, possibly, unlock the quest or the new building.

Leave the cultural settlement.

This also happens in aztec settlement, going back to city then settlement fixes it. hopefully a permanent fix is rolled out in next update.
