Cannot Reproduce: Different time left...

Cleitomachus

Today, there is a difference in the time left -about 14 minutes- between the guild members and friends cards (look at the same name players). These screenshots below taken both at the same time.

[Countdown time for motivation, polishing and visiting taverns: you can notice the difference on the same players in these two cards, when it's 1 hour left or less...]

Note: The same phenomenon is observed between the cards of neighbors and friends. If a friend is neighbor at the same time, you can see the difference, when the time left less than 1 hour.

Is this using the app or a browser? When the game is refreshed, only one set of (friends, guildmates, neighbors) is loaded. The other sets are not loaded until that tab is activated. When the game is refreshed (or logged in), the time for the current list is accurate, but it falls behind as you play the game.

The reason why one group (in your case, guildmates) is further behind than a different group (friends) is because you activated the guild tab, then played a while which caused that set to fall behind, and then activated the friends tab (which now isn't as far behind).

This used to be a problem for all buildings but it was fixed a year or two ago. It only seems to be a problem with the Aid button now.

I had seen it sometimes the past too...

Looks like the timestamps weren't synchron. It was after the tab was in the background for a while; so could be that chrome "paused" some timers?

Afer a short paging in the lists it works fine again.

Thanks Cleitomachus, since we were unable to reproduce this issue, and you no longer experience it, we will mark this report as 'Cannot Reproduce' for now
