Fixed on Beta: Different exchange prices for the same item

The same inventory item has different prices for exchange. The Brownstone House is listed once for 140 Trade Coins and 5 times for 270. Same with the farm, once for 200 and 5 times for 270.
Expected is the same Trade Coins for all of them, as there is no difference to find.

Reproducibility: 5/5 has not changed since the Antiques Dealer is available.

No, Brownstone House and Farm are normal age specific buildings, which are unlocked in the tech tree. They cannot have different ages.

We definitely need specification of the age of special buildings in the Antiques Dealer. For example I see 6 or 7 Champion Retreats (definitely of different ages), but no tooltip or whatever to find out which one is of which age.
