Overview of the bug: a short "pay diamonds for completion" pops up each time I go to campaign map.

How often this occurs: EVERYTIME
Urgency: None
Preventative Actions: None
Summary: Nothing really bothering but it may be for other consumers.
I have performed a quicksearch of the forums using a select few keywords relating to my bug to see if it has already been reported: Yes
Have you tried fixing it by using these methods?: Yes.

Same thing happens for me, but it's for a really brief moment (like half a second)
