Cannot Reproduce: Day May Festival

I've tried this in a Bronze Age city but the images load just fine as well:

It's possible the image files had not been loaded on your device before you completed the first quest. Has anyone else experienced the same?

I refer to page welcome, which presents the event. These pages (Questline end Quest Counter) they are OK.
