And that's the result for my city. As expected, the main buildings (flamingo, vineyard, sunhaven) are not motivated. But sparkforges are:

Just commenting to say I love the aesthetic even if it's not the most efficient use of lands.
Pretty sure the game knows that we're now dependent on the self aid kits, thats why they gave us the nutcracker upgrade. Although a gold upgrade next time would free up even more squares....

Regarding aid priorities, after testing on my main city (live server), I have to say that @Daniel der Vollstrecker is absolutely right.
I tested it on my city with no motivation after collection, one day later no main building (including every one from 2023 events) are not motivated.
Priority given to all kind of small buildings over those buildings has no sense and is making that new order worse than before!
