This is the place to be if you have any questions about it or would like to discuss it with other players.
Please keep in mind that your opinion may differ from the opinions of other players, you don't have to convince each other of anything here.

We appreciate your feedback!

Please write your feedback in a factual and constructive way and stay on topic.
So that we can pass your feedback on to the developers, the following points would be important to note:

• Feedback that only contains one sentence like "Is it snowman season" (yes it is) is not helpful. Please make sure to include reasons for your opinion.
• The same goes for positive feedback. We are happy about it of course, but describing what exactly you like is always very helpful!
• Limit your feedback to the actual content. Feedback like "You should improve X" or feedback that refers to other game content or previous events is not helpful.
• Questions that ask when it will be released on the live server will not be answered. We always announce it in time there.
• Don't report any bugs here. Please use the bugs forum.
• Use the "Like" button if another player has already reflected your opinion well.

OK not one calendar key pieces, I did not get any event diamonds (not sure if they are late or we are not getting any this time around), I got a shuffle on my second gingerbread house pick & since then have only managed to get a few gingerbread houses. I think I have done 10 quests but it could be only 8 & day 1 is almost over. Not to mention I have not had one incident with any wooden bells (like a wooden bell there is not ding a ling to this event so far). Hope we start getting more opportunities to get bells so we can flip those gingerbread houses & see if we can manage to get anything decent (prizes). Also the daily special did not come up. Thanks for the prizes I did get. I like to play a game which means you need to have the means to play a game. And if the amount of diamonds we get(when we finally get them, if we get them) doesn't let us buy a few wooden bells then how can we test this thing properly?

Am I the only one saddened that there's no platinum upgrade? Would have loved another level of the Pyramid from last year, or even one of the older winter buildings.

Only way to find out is look for anything in the Silver/Gold Event Pass that would resemble the next upgrade for a previous Winter event building. That would be the next building our folks at Inno will throw the "final" QI stats onto before taking them away from the current event building.

daily challenge (I got 50 bells today from it), incidents (10 bells already from that today)
doing quests: more than collecting the daily login bonus

I have both keys (yesterday and today) and still 231 bells left

so how is it even possible that someone can only make 1 turn per day

The middle sentence (underlined and in red in the quote above) should not be here it should be in the next section: "Winter Booster" (that currently has no explanatory text on how to get them).

Not MAKE (by doing event quests) but GIVEN each time by Inno at the start of each day (what you referred to as daily login bonus). You get only 10 Wooden Bells which give you 1 Turn on the game board. Read the post properly.

Unless this was done on purpose for a "surprise" when it goes live but that's really kinda silly.

because you can only build level 1 after this event

when you have 11 kits there will be an image for the ascended version

That is not part of this event.
The building has fragments of upgrade split over multiple events (as per announcement).

Yes, some math seems very off. It seems like we'll be getting somewhere around 2000 stars baseline maybe. Which is ~250 opens accounting for a typical amount of refunds. Which is nowhere close to the 1080 grand prize progress we need. Very rough math on my part but far enough off that there'd have to be something *huge* to close the gap.
