Duplicate: Could not complete mission A Noble Lifestyle

Hello. As title says, i am in colonial age and i can not complete the mission A noble Lifestyle.
- Refresh your browser - done thet, no change.
- Clear your browser's cache (temporary internet files) - cleaned. Still no go.
- Try a different (up to date) browser. Firefox 31 and Chrome 37 tried, still no.
- Make sure you use the newest Flash Player - it is latest.
- Delete your cookies - Done that too.
- Temporarily disable all (greasemonkey) scripts and browser add-ons. - No addons on chrome, fresh install, still not.
- Log out / Log in - after deleting cookies i had to relogin, still no.
- Restart your computer - doh.
- Try a different computer - laptop, the same issue.
- Try a different internet connection.
- Temporarily disable your firewall and your anti virus program - disabled, not working.

The problem is below:

I have 1 pallace, 1 coiffeur and 10 potted plants, but the mission does not complete. I tried deleting them and putting back, still no go. Thank you.

It seems that any quests that wants you to "Have" something will not complete; anyone with this issue please file a support ticket

As BetaTest03 stated, this issue is known and has been reported.
