Reproduction Steps:
1.) enter continent map
2.) open the province "Monkey's fist" (with still at least one sector to conquer)
3.) enter one of the sectors
--> it says "My Name is Ryan Green, what do you want", but no picture is shown.
Edit: this also happens when you proceed to the army management:
Issue Description (10/10): In the province Monkey's Fist, Ryan Green has no Avatar

I have performed a quicksearch of the forums using a select few keywords relating to my bug to see if it has already been reported: yes, nothing found
