Will Not Fix: Collecting expired productions

Hi,
i've found a bug. I cannot collect all the production "in one click" swyping the mouse over all my city starting from an expired production, because in this way I move the view of the screen (as if i'm clicking on nothing).

You can only start the "one click swipe" with finished productions. Plundered and spoiled don't count in starting it, but you can do it while you're in the middle of one

I know, but I think it's a bug, or an oversight, because it has no sense for me :)
