Not A Bug: Coin Boost not correctly shown or calculated.

Troubleshooting
Closed browser,restarted computer,re-logged in. Problem still exists.
The Coin Boost in the Boost Overview tab does not include the 100% boost for Buccaneer's Bay.
The boost shown is 537%, instead of 637%

Recreation steps
Restarted computer, re-logged in. Problem still exists.
Actual Behavior
The boost applied to the Stone Age Hut increased the coins by 32 from 6 to 38. This is the 537% shown in the boost tab.
Expected Behavior
Expected to see 44 coins.

Can this be reproduced?
Yes, always happens.

I tried one extra thing,
I stored Buccaneer's Bay in inventory - no change to boost.
Rebuilt Buccaneer's Bay from inventory - no change in boost
